very nice location spacious room helpful staff small room noisy environment limited options
the location was very nice. my room was very spacious and had all the amenities i needed. the staff was always ready to assist with anything i needed, that was so nice!
the room i stayed in was very small. it was also noisy with the window open which bothered me. the mini bar had very few options available, this was a letdown.

the location felt really good. i walked to many places from there. the staff members are wonderful people. i needed some help and they took care of me quick.
my room felt small and dark. i didnt have much space for my things. the cleaning was not great and i saw dust. the breakfast wasn't good. the food wasn't that tasty.

nicely sized good size loud intersection street noise
the Room WAS nicely sized, I will give them THAT much.
The WORST part was the noise from the street. It was impossible to sleep before 2am. my room was supposed to have a view, but really it overlooked a very loud intersection. i should HAVE asked for a different room.

The elevators worked quickly and efficiently. The location near the historical quarter was convenient for exploring. The modern design suited my tastes. The staff were friendly and provided helpful city recommendations.
The room was a bit small, so unpacking was tight.

there was drilling all day, so relaxing in my room was impossible. the noise reached everywhere, even the gym. i was not informed about this work before i arrived (i feel totally ripped off now).
